About

A studio the size of one person.

I started as a developer and kept adding whatever clients kept asking for next: design, systems, infrastructure, marketing, automation. Nine years later that became a single point of contact for the entire digital side of a business.

The advantage is not that one person is cheaper. It is that the person who designed the flow is the person who wrote the query behind it, so decisions survive from the first sketch to the live product. Work runs in Arabic and English, fully remote, on a schedule agreed at kickoff.

Full stack engineering Product design AI automation Growth and SEO
  • First line shipped

Started freelancing on WordPress and PHP builds for small retail and service businesses.

  • Into product

Moved to React and Laravel, delivering dashboards, booking engines and internal tools.

  • Design and brand

Added identity and UI/UX, so products launched with a voice instead of only a build.

  • Growth engine

Took on media buying, SEO and content for clients who wanted results, not deliverables.

  • AI automation

Now building agent workflows and AI systems that remove repetitive work inside teams.

Services

Twelve bands of the same light.

Take one, take several, or hand over the whole thing. Every engagement is scoped, priced and dated before work begins.

01

Web development

Marketing sites, web apps and platforms on modern JavaScript, Laravel or Node — fast, indexable and maintainable.

02

Mobile applications

Cross-platform iOS and Android apps in Flutter or React Native, with store submission handled.

03

Custom systems

ERPs, CRMs, booking engines and internal tools shaped around how your team actually works.

04

UI/UX design

Research, flows, wireframes and a component library your developers can build from directly.

05

Branding and graphics

Identity systems, logos, guidelines and campaign artwork that hold together across every channel.

06

AI systems

Assistants, document pipelines and agent workflows wired into your data with clear guardrails.

07

Business automation

Repetitive operations turned into automated flows between the tools you already pay for.

08

Performance marketing

Media buying with tracking that reports revenue and cost per acquisition, not impressions.

09

SEO and content

Technical fixes, structured data and Arabic and English content plans that compound over months.

10

Social and production

Channel management, video editing and motion graphics on a steady publishing rhythm.

11

E-commerce

Hosted or headless storefronts with payments, logistics and analytics properly connected.

12

Cloud and IT consulting

Infrastructure, CI/CD, API integration and security reviews, plus a plan your team can run.

Skills

Honest levels, not decoration.

These are the areas I own end to end. Anything that would land below seventy I bring in a specialist for, and I say so before you sign.

What working together sounds like.

He replaced three vendors. The dispatch system he built runs our whole floor, and he still answers within the hour two years later.

Questions

Asked before every project.

How long does a project take?

A marketing site ships in two to three weeks. A platform or app runs six to twelve weeks depending on scope. You get the dated milestone plan before anything is signed, and I report against it weekly.

How do we work together remotely?

Everything runs remotely: a shared board you can open at any time, one call a week, and a staging link that is always current. We agree the overlap hours at kickoff so there is a live window every working day.

Who owns the code and the design files?

You do, completely. Repositories, design files, hosting, domains and documentation are transferred to your accounts on final delivery. Nothing stays locked to me.

Can you take over an existing project?

Often, yes. It starts with a paid audit of the codebase and infrastructure. If a rebuild is cheaper than a rescue, I will tell you that in the audit rather than after three months of billing.

How do payments work?

A fixed price split across milestones, typically forty percent to start, forty percent at the staging build and twenty percent on launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of support are included for fixes and small changes. After that you can move to a retainer, or take the documentation and run it in house. Both are normal.
